Kitchens By Design Tenerife Terms & Conditions

These are our standard Terms & Conditions of Business:

Terms:

Kitchens by Design (KBD) is hereinafter called the Company.
The company agrees to contract with its clients to design and install kitchens or bathrooms or reform properties in accordance with the specification agreed with the customer in writing.
Design plans will need to be agreed prior to any work being undertaken and signed accordingly.
A full specification of the work to be undertaken will be agreed with the customer at point of order. Any extra work will be the subject of an amendment to contract prior to the work being undertaken.
The company reserves the right to change the plans/design to suit the final measurements once on site. Any changes or amendments will be notified to the customer prior to them being made.

Rights

All plans, designs fixtures and fittings will remain the property of the company until the customer pays the final payment due on the contract.
The company and the customer will have all the rights of a contractor/customer as detailed in these Terms & Conditions and in accordance with Spanish Law apertaining at the time

Payment Terms The company adopts the following payment terms:

A 50% deposit is payable upon ordering of the work and signing of the agreement
Where the work is scheduled to take more than 2 weeks to complete then a staged payment will become due after 14 days from the start date of the work.
Where the work involves the installation of granite worktops or other item(s) of granite/stone and this installation cannot be completed within the time scale scheduled for the work then a payment will become due prior to the installation of the granite with the final balance payable once the granite/stone has been installed.

The company reserves the right to alter or ammend these terms and conditions to reflect local legislative and economic changes from time to time. Copies of our T & C's are available thorugh our offices should you require them
